This is a Full-time position in Atlanta, GA posted March 29, 2021.

Talantage, LLC is seeking an experienced Case Manager for a boutique multi-practice law firm that is located in downtown Atlanta.

Must be well organized, self motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced and goal oriented environment.

Should be able to work independently, manage a voluminous caseload, and effectively navigate case management software.Duties and Responsibilities:* Gather, analyze, and research case related information and documents.* Proactively address liability issues; accurately draft liability, PIP, and UIM demand letters* Continuously communicate with clients and medical providers to ensure proper treatment, and diagnostic tests are performed effectively and in a timely manner.* Acquire and review medical and billing records throughout the treatment phase of the case.* Review insurance policy limits and other related documents to determine insurance coverage eligibility.* Ensure a maintained and organized filing system for police reports, medical records/bills, employment records, etc.* Accurately maintain case management data in Needles (case management database).* Identify and complete daily tasks related to the management of each case documenting notes in case management system.* Schedule and prepare clients for recorded statements, IMEs and other related appointments.Skills & Qualifications:* Bachelors degree (preferred)* Minimum 3-5 years experience in personal injury case management.* Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities* Problem solving and ability to make sound decisions * Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel* Experience with document management system* Ability to work in a fast-paced dead-line driven environment to achieve departmental and personal goalsTalantage, LLC is committed to presenting candidates that contribute to an organizations culture of inclusivity and its commitment to diversity in the workplace are demonstrated through our recruitment practices.
