Syteline Technical Consultant

Role & Responsibilities

A Technical Consultant is primarily responsible for delivering services to customers through a variety of activities. They must be able to provide technical and development services to customers in support of their CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine system.

Responsibilities:
* Project delivery to the customer
* Gathering, analysis, formulating solutions to business issues
* Documenting specifications
* Development and testing
* Estimating projects
* Debugging
* On-site client interaction

Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor degree in a technical discipline is preferred
* Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems experience and Certifications in Microsoft Technologies
* 5+ years of previous experience with Infor Syteline / CSI, up to CSI v10 preferred
* SQL/T-SQL experience
* Crystal Reports/SSRS experience
* C#/.NET experience
* Hands-on Infor Syteline related development and analysis experience
* Good interpersonal skills
