The senior communications manager, social media will, as an expert in social and digital media campaigns, develop and manage social media content strategy, driving compelling and effective content for both organic and paid social media.
Under the brand strategy umbrella, part of the larger Corporate Communications group, the work will be part of a larger storytelling infrastructure to ensure message discipline across all channels and as such will work collaboratively with the larger team offering strategic guidance and insight on how social media can help achieve Norfolk Southern’ s brand objectives.
This an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for the power of social media and an entrepreneurial spirit to create and manage strategic social media campaigns and drive business and brand objectives for a Fortune 300 company.
