About the Role:

Reporting to the Director of WebOps, the Sr.

Manager of Experimentation will be a critical member of the team bringing a comprehensive background in product management, customer experience management and optimization to help guide and shape the future of our web experience.

As the Sr.

Manager of Experimentation you are excited about offering intuitive, sustainable dynamic experiences to visitors through technology.

You will craft and maintain a data-driven experimentation roadmap across channels, working closely with a cross-functional team ensuring alignment to drive success and learnings.

You will own technologies including experimentation and chat bot to develop and optimize our experiences to bring ease and delight to visitors.

Cool Things You’ll Do:

  • You’ll drive customer discovery efforts to understand opportunities to contribute to the long term vision of your roadmap
  • You’ll define KPIs for your experiences and will be responsible for measuring, tracking, and optimizing to achieve those KPIs
  • Identify opportunities to improve and optimize customer experiences through data and technology-driven capabilities
  • Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, data scientists and business stakeholders to shape the direction for the roadmap

What you Bring to the Table:

  • You’re driven to build intuitive experiences that are customer first and data driven
  • You’ve got that unique blend of customer empathy and the technical chops to build unique high-performing experiences
  • You have a Product Mindset
    – You know how to cut through the noise and find the possibilities
  • You have experience managing a successful digital products, collaborating with many stakeholders
  • You ask why, you explore, you’re not afraid challenge the status quo
  • You are a teacher
    – Insights and opportunities uncovered within the experimentation program are stronger when shared to elevate experiences across the organization
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital product management
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in agile product management
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • A plus: Experience with chat bot programs
