nnJob Summary:nn nnDigital Marketing is critical to the ongoing growth of the Newell Brands Food BU.

It is focused on acquiring and retaining consumers online across our distribution channels (Direct to Consumer,, and Pure play) using media strategy and tactical execution to deliver for our iconic portfolio of brands.

We consider the consumer first and work to create a shopping journey online & offline that is seamless in delivery and execution. nn nnAs Senior Manager, Digital Marketing you will be leading digital activation from concept to execution for the Food BU.

This is a unique opportunity to understand and develop the digital landscape across Ecommerce channels and marketing tactics.

Success in this role could provide the opportunity to advance to overall leadership digital experience role for the Food BU.nn nnYou will be responsible for strategy behind paid media campaigns across DTC, Amazon &

You will seek brand priorities and initiatives to translate into targeting and content online.

-You will be versed in sales data to incorporate priority into your plans.  You will work closely with the Food Sales team to deliver online sales penetration goals by brand and customer.nn nnSpecific Responsibilities nn nnSpecific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:nn nnOversee the marketing campaign planning process and strategy development in accordance with overall brand and ecommerce growth plans.

Involves:            o Paid Searchnn nn            o Paid Socialnn nn            o Amazon Advertisingnn nn            o Marketingnn nn            o Emailnn nn            o Affiliate Marketingnn nnManage and build a team of digital marketing professionals to execute and optimize campaigns and achieve clear objectivesDevelop digital marketing assets that translate core brand messages to commercial and engaging online formatsDrive and meet campaign objectives of new consumer acquisition, revenue, ROAS and engagement Manage budgets in accordance with P&L goals Lead agency relationships including briefing process, media planning and negotiations Establish close working relationship with primary media partners (Amazon, Roundel, Walmart Connect, etc.) to drive growthPerform data analysis to understand sales attribution across different channels and optimize the media mix to grow salesIdentify opportunities and provide recommendations to key stakeholders on driving incremental growthnn nnQualifications:nn nnThe successful candidate will be a proven business leader with significant experience in a global company.  The person must have an established track record as a leader of Digital Marketing or similar role.

The candidate must have both strong strategic capabilities as well as be hands-on and comfortable with tactical execution and analysis.

The candidate must be comfortable working in a matrix, must lead decisively, have a “no-compromise” approach to delivery, confront adversity constructively and possess a leadership style that engenders followership. nn nnKey Qualifications:nn nn8+ years of digital marketing and/or Ecommerce work experienceBS/BA or University degree in Business or similar field, MBA a plus Experience handling large media budget to drive demand creation process and campaignsProven success in leading a team to develop a comprehensive digital marketing plan that is integrated across multiple consumer touch points, including at point-of-purchaseStrong business acumen and analytical skills.

Knows how to develop key performance indicators to assess marketing investment that leads to conversionStrong decision-making skills and an understanding of where projects fit into overall Company and category strategiesAbility to operate independently and bring ideas and solutions to issues raised Interpersonal savvy; an ability to effectively work with and connect with all levels of employees across multiple functions and geographiesExperience working with Digital Marketing agencies and vendorsExperience with analytics tools (i.e.

Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar) and familiarity with common marketing technologies Experience with Amazon Advertising a plusnn
