Senior Director, MyPresidio Digital Experience Platform

The S r.

Director of MyPresidio Digital Experience Platform will lead the teams and the portfolio of systems for the MyPresidio Client Portal and will work as a collaborative partner with the functional leaders across the organization.

Additionally, being a highly business outcome-oriented IT leader, this person will be the liaison representing Presidio’s Digital Experience team to Presidio’s internal teams, Clients and OEM’s.

Additional duties and responsibilities of the Sr.

Director of MyPresidio Digital Experience Platform, will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Lead MyPresidio Digital Experience Platform functional team.
  • This leader will own the digital platform strategy, roadmap and prioritization in alignment to strategic and operational priorities to grow revenue, increase membership, gain market share, and position the business for next level scale.
  • This person will leverage their knowledge to collaborate with IT regarding platform enhancements to drive client procurement expansion through the MyPresidio Portal.
  • Establish key SLAs to measure and improve service performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer-focused relationships with client and vendor organizations to ensure their digital experience expectations are being met and priorities are set at the appropriate levels.
  • Develop efficient processes across the entire department that meet immediate needs and can change and scale as the business evolves.
  • Develop a strong understanding of business needs and establish operational standards to exceed internal customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to extend the Presidio Brand digitally.

    Inclusive of messaging, positioning, User Stores.

    Marketing awareness and product and offer launch plans.

  • Collaborate with Sales for enablement, sales collateral, Use Cases, and business outcome stories.

    Supporting strategic client Sales Campaigns directly and indirectly.

    Client Acquisition and Retention plans.

    Sales support (demos, proof-of-concept), and client onboarding and account access.

  • Collaborate with business units on merchandising/offer design and placement digitally to expand sales.
  • KPI Reporting and measuring outcomes.

Professional Experience/ Qualifications:

This high-profile position will require a visionary innovator and technologist with outstanding leadership capabilities to build a Digital Client Experience dominance, taking the friction out of the simple and making simple and seamless when the complex is required.

Candidate will need to be a proven IT leader with deep e-commerce experience, fiscally adept, a superb collaborator and a clear, passionate, and compelling communicator.

The person that is successful in this role will bring extensive application development and leadership success with large scale online business experience, having successfully managed a high volume, web-based technical organization.

A proven track record managing a nationally dispersed teams would be compelling.

Experience managing globally dispersed teams highly desired.

Additional requirements include:

  • Prior success leading a significantly sized digital experience organization servicing the Business-to-Business market.

    Experience with a large e-Tailer would be preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience building partnerships cross-functionally across the organization, and a passion for solving the “business problems” through IT innovation.

    Understanding of collaboration and alignment with the business.

  • 15+ years in technology organizations with 7 to 10 years of success leading IT, systems, applications, and product teams.

    Broad knowledge of a variety of technology platforms, tools, and languages .

  • Track record of delivering digital experience solutions that are cutting edge and have demonstrated business value.
  • Strong ability to rapidly gain the respect of the current team and Presidio Sales Organization and get them on board with the going-forward strategy.
  • Experience working with Client/Partner business leaders and product development leaders and will have a strong understanding of their overall information technology needs and how they operate.
  • Track record of strong C-level relationship skills in addition to strong leadership skills.

  • An undergraduate/graduate degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or analytically focused business is required.

    An advanced degree is highly desired.
