Project Coordinator needed for a Contract to Hire position working Remote from FL, GA, TX or AR!

We are expanding our delivery team and actively hiring for the role of Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator must be an energetic, creative, and highly organized professional with strong interpersonal skills and a true team player. Working closely with a diverse internal team and Project Managers from client organizations, the Project Coordinator will oversee the creation, assignment, and completion of work orders for IT services. This is a home-based position. The Project Coordinator is expected to be responsive, available, diligent, has high integrity, and can stay focused while working independently.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
– Creation and management of work orders
– Oversight of IT technicians
– Takes ownership to ensure all deliverables are provided to clients and chases down techs for any
missing work order requirements
– Creation of status reports for clients
– Update of tickets in client systems accurately to avoid discrepancies with reports and invoices
– Able to handle issues and understand when to escalate problems
– Able to keep project schedules and data organized
– Make sure that all case exceptions are resolved each day on the Salesforce Dashboard.
– Understand billing requirements for the services delivered for each contract you support and
manage technician cost to the project template
– Ensure work orders/cases are approved and marked ready to invoice no later than one week past
the service date
– Should be pleasant and confident
– Other admin and documentation tasks as identified
– Must have solid MS Excel skills including vlookups, pivot tables, sort, filter, and basic formulas

– Experience using MS Office and standard business software
– Associates degree preferred
