Job Description

The Marketing Manager, Product Enablement and Sales Engagement, will be responsible for leading product readiness and enterprise sales engagement strategy for the global marketing team. In this role, the successful candidate will undertake a set of core activities, including the development and roll-out of the enterprise sales engagement strategy readying Veeam’s sales force, and supporting the translation of product value proposition into sales enablement.  Working with field teams, the candidate will ensure reach and consistency of messaging, identify readiness strategy for priority programs and launches, and implement a continual field touchpoint for sales leaders.

  • Develop and implement the enterprise sales-readiness plan, supporting marketing, sales & growth objectives.
  • Develop the sales readiness plans for Tier-1 launches, including core sales scenarios and alignment of tools/resources to sales methodology
  • Define and manage the development of key sales resources, including scenario overviews, sales materials, and customer conversation training
  • Assist regional engagement teams in delivering training and resources for maximum impact
  • Build and nurture relationships with global and regional sales and product enablement teams, driving alignment across readiness initiatives.
  • Report on enablement success and business contribution through regular MBR’s.


  • 5+ years of experience in sales or product enablement, technical product sales, product management, or product strategy
  • Strong writing, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Customer-first mentality
  • Great balance of strategic program development, execution, and ongoing management skills
  • Understanding of sales and product enablement principals
  • Self-starter and results-oriented
