The Clutch Client Sales Director position is an outside sales role primarily focused on direct selling but may have some channel management sales opportunities.

This role will manage all aspects of the sales process for both direct and indirect opportunities, with a primary focus on closing opportunities.

There will be internal and external lead generation support as well as any other third party or channel relationships.

The role will be responsible to sell a number of new clients and generate a portion of their overall on-target-earnings from commission.

To be successful in this role, the Clutch Client Sales Director will possess the ability to quickly acquire the following knowledge and skills and will have demonstrated the ability to perform the various tasks and responsibilities listed below.

Contacting automotive dealers, rental companies, fleet owners, as well as OEMs in a territory to introduce the product to key decision makers Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple accounts and partners Aggressively drive partners to maximize sales and total partner potential through sales best practices, training and support Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with key decision makers Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products Attending and participating in sales meetings and trade shows Accurately keeping track of all communication and details about sales activities with schools in Saleforce.com Speaking at association meetings, district events, and technology conferences Traveling to meet with opportunities within a geographic region Organizational skills Strong oral and written skills Self-starter/proactive Quick learner Objection handling think on your feet Strong project management of opportunities Provide reporting of pipeline and forecast using salesforce.com Collaborating with a team Be available, reliable, responsible and dependable Manage priorities effectively Maintain a positive and energetic attitude with an ability to operate with flexibility Quota attainment Pipeline quarter over quarter growth Qualifications: Bachelors degree required Must have 5 years of outside sales experience where 100% quota was attained in at least 4 of those years Ideally have 5 years of direct sales experience in either automotive or technology (SaaS) Successful achievement of closing deals of varying sales cycles each month Experience/Knowledge of the automotive industry is a must Fleet management experience is a priority Who We Are *About Cox Automotive* Theres nothing ordinary about Cox Automotive.
