ACRE is vertically integrated and leverages its property, asset and construction management divisions to originate off-market transactions, assist in due diligence and enhance investment decisions.nn nn nn nn JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join our team in Atlanta and provide support for senior leadership.

The ideal candidate must have experience working in a professional office environment, performing a wide range of administrative duties and providing resources/support to management.

The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and confidently under pressure.

· Handle Administrative Needs of the Partners
– Arrange conference calls and meetings, work-related travel, logging calls/meetings/relationships, monthly expense reporting, other HR-related tasks on behalf of the teamnn nn
· Office Management
– Tactical office management (snacks, kitchen, product inventory, office supplies, computers, etc.) and coordination with vendors and staff to ensure a clean, organized work environment nn nn
· Receive Visitors
– Greet visitors, most often investors or transactional partners, and provide a great first impressionnn nn
· Team Culture -Plan events that contribute to a positive, desirable work culture (i.e.

team dinners, birthday celebrations, eventually the planning of much larger professional events such as our annual event for our investors)nn nn
· People
– Help coordinate recruiting schedules and onboard new employeesnn nn
· Special Projects
– Additional ad-hoc projects that may occur on an annual basis (i.e.

ordering SWAG for the team and portfolio, holiday gifts for our investors, happy new year cards for our greater network, a thank you gift for someone in our network for sourcing us a deal, or perhaps pitching in on our business initiatives)nn nn n nn nn Qualifications nn nnThis person will be encouraged to be a significant part of the greater office culture.

This person ideally has the following attributes: nn nn
· Previous experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, office manager or other related rolesnn nn
· Expert-level organizational skillsnn nn
· Experience working with high-level executives across multiple time zonesnn nn
· Ability to act diplomatically and respectfully when communicating with key internal and external partiesnn nn
· A take-action, get things done mindset with a flexible attitude when responding to changesnn nn
· Ability to work with a sense of urgency, handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficientlynn nn
