Director, Marketing


This is a Full-time position in Atlanta, GA posted November 3, 2021.

We are seeking a Director, Growth Marketing SaaS to join our team at our NYC or Plano, TX office, or remote with hybrid work option available. We are looking for someone passionate about customer acquisition and excited to join a cross-functional team where you can have a big impact driving growth for an innovative and meaningful B2B SaaS solution delivered via web and mobile applications.

About OnSIP: Headquartered in New York’s Financial District, OnSIP is a leading SaaS provider of real-time communications (RTC) services to thousands of SMBs with a focus on making conversations personal, meaningful and timely. OnSIP customers enjoy the benefits of an on-demand communications system with the flexibility to communicate by voice and video on any device or interface they choose. The company also offers a CPaaS platform and simple APIs for developers to rapidly build RTC applications of their own.

Essential Duties
– Own the strategy and execution of global growth marketing efforts that drive customer acquisition, adoption and upsell of OnSIP’s products leveraging multiple channels both paid and organic
– Develop audience segmentation, determine growth narratives and identify product funnel stages
– Build robust inbound marketing funnel by optimizing content marketing lead gen strategies
– Partner with product and sales teams to develop performance-driven growth programs
– Bring a deep understanding of growth & optimization best practices such as A/B testing to work closely with operations to conduct experiments, evaluate results, and build new features to improve the conversion funnel
– Continuously drive innovation and experiment with new marketing channels, tools, and creatives
– Manage agency relationships
– Manage marketing budget and allocation across vendors and campaigns
– Report on marketing performance across channels to business stakeholders, provide insights and recommend potential courses of action

– BS in Marketing, Communications or Business; MBA or advanced business degree a plus- Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements

Minimum Qualifications
– 5 to 8+ years of B2B marketing experience for SaaS products
– 4 years managing, recruiting, and leading remote teams
– 3+ years managing large scale campaigns across diversified channels both inbound and outbound, including ABM (paid, organic, web, social media, email etc…)
– Deep expertise with marketing measurement, analytics, and marketing tech stack
– Experience with Hubspot CRM or similar platform; SFDC, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz or SEMRush
– Excellent communication, relationship-building, collaboration and leadership skills
– Effective communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills with an ability to create compelling presentations and written reports
– Strong analytical and research skills with proven ability to absorb complex information and independently solve problems in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications
– Experience with growth efforts in international markets
– Experience working in a fast paced, ambiguous environment
