The Corporate Development Team is looking for a Director to support the pace of the M&A program in assets, technology and capabilities globally,, assist senior leaders in Corporate Development in evaluation and execution of the program, and have direct exposure to the CEO and other senior BU and function leaders across the enterprise.

What You’ll Do:
Perform industry, market and company specific research & analysis; assess industry trends, market size and structure, industry M&A activity, and competitive landscapes
Identify and evaluate potential acquisition candidates, lead acquisition valuation and the due diligence process; contribute to Letters of Intent, definitive agreement negotiations, internal communications/presentations to the EFX Board of Directors and Senior Leadership
Drive the execution process and project management
Travel internationally and domestically 20% of time annually and often on short notice for M&A activities and to represent the corporate development team at industry functions
What You Bring:
Minimum 5 years in corporate development and/or mergers and acquisitions
Minimum 3 years working in investment banking, private equity or corporate development environment
Experience in the mechanics of mergers and acquisitions with strong financial modeling skills
Mastery of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Demonstrated business acumen and executive presence to work seamlessly with senior leadership across the EFX enterprise as well as present to CEO, CFO and BU Presidents
Extra Points for any of the Following:
Experience working with Information Solutions or FinTech
Familiarity with GSuite
