Customer Onboarding Consultant


This is a Full-time position in Atlanta, GA posted April 1, 2021.

nn nn nn nnWe are growing extremely fast and looking for self-starting, positive individuals to onboard and provide support to our amazing customers (startups to Fortune 500).nn nn nn nnAs a Customer Onboarding Consultant, you will provide a seamless onboarding experience for new Voxie customers: communicating clearly what’s next to get them live with our platform, facilitating the build of all data integrations, and ensuring the customer is seeing the value of Voxie from the get-go.

Additionally, you will train and create processes for our customers to ensure Voxie is always the easiest to use tool in their toolbelt.

You will have the opportunity to work with every kind of brand from fast-growing startups to Fortune 500 companies.

nn nn nn nn Responsibilities: nn Empathize with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers’ needs first Clearly communicate next steps, action items, and risks to ensure onboardings are quick and seamless Project manage all aspects of onboarding Adapt processes to provide a tailored onboarding experience and meet customer needs Work with customer to prioritize onboarding steps and establish a resolution plan for open problems uncovered during launch and resolve issues in a timely manner Own the data story
– illustrate Voxie’s value with ongoing data validation Be a titan of process improvement Monitors onboarding health across all new customers to ensure we are fast-tracking value and setting customers up for long term success.

Work closely with clients and their tech teams to fully integrate Voxie into their marketing stack Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers Craft customer onboarding assets, adapt existing customer onboarding assets, and work with product marketing to refine existing and create new onboarding assets nn nn nn nn nn Requirements: nn 3+ years of implementation or customer success experience with a SaaS product Highly organized with a background in project management The ability to quickly build rapport with individuals and teams, naturally looking for ways to make processes easier Empathy for who you work with; you identify with their challenges and your desire to delight shines through in your communications Innately a creative problem solver Experience with advocating for your customers’ needs within our organization and driving to solutions You can use data and statistics to identify patterns, using them for enriching your recommendations for process/product improvements Strong empathy and a feeling of joy in helping others Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues Executive Presence
