The location of the property is 8000 Capps Ferry Rd, Douglasville, GA 30135.nn nnFor more information about the resort, please visit: nn nn Summary nn nnFoxhall Resort is looking for a corporate sales manager who is responsible for establishing new group business, national, regional and local negotiated accounts and maintaining strong trusted relationships with our current clients.

The sales manager will work closely with other sales staff and the management team to maximize revenues ensuring the company’s success and profitability.

This position will be heavily focused on prospecting for new business by cold calling or in-person meetings.

The position is based in Atlanta, with on-site touring and meeting responsibilities.nn nnThis position will report to the owner directly; compensation and benefits is expected to be discussed during the interview process.nn nn Duties and Responsibilities nn nnThe duties and responsibilities of the corporate sales manager include but not limited to:nn Acquire and maintain a solid base of accounts and achieve the company’s sales goals and budget.

Work with the executive team members to set the annual budget.

Solicit sales for the property through planned, personal calls and telephone solicitations to local professional associations/corporations, travel agents and other local and state organizations that can generate potential demand for the property.

Monitor customer preferences and market trend in order to develop effective sales strategy Maintains contact with existing clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction Arrange and conduct special events, site inspections, and off-site presentations for prospective clients.

Provide adequate information to the operation team regarding the needs of specific accounts.

nn Required Skills and Experience nn nnAll applicants must have the following qualifications to be considered:nn 5+ years hospitality sales experience in the Atlanta Market and Southeast region Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong client focus essential Take initiative and having the ability to work independently or as a team Excellent written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and high pressure environment Ability to prioritize multiple tasks Adaptable to change Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) High level of flexibility regarding overtime during busy periods Ability to drive nn Preferred Qualifications nn nnThe following qualifications will be a plus:nn Current Member in professional organizations, such as GaMPI, SiteSE, ACVB Conference Service and F&B service experience is a plus.
