Using our industry-leading platform, advertisers can deliver efficient and effective TV campaigns across all screens and markets.JOB TITLE: Client Success Manager DEPARTMENT: Sales Operations LOCATION: Any Ampersand office location JOB AT A GLANCE: The Client Success Manager will be responsible for driving customer activation, retention, and support platform revenue.

This individual will work to foster the health of client relationships participating in the use of AND’s Self-Service Platform.

The Client Success Manager will serve as the point of contact for client inquiries and requests pertaining to the self-service portion of the AND platform.

This includes onboarding, driving adoption and usage, collecting and presenting research/data information, providing upper management with reporting analysis, feature enhancements and communicating product requests back into the organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Partner with Platform Sales team to drive customer activation, retention, and support platform revenue.Maintain client success and relationships via AND’s Self-Service Platform.

Ensure successful onboarding of Ampersand clients throughout the pitch to pay process within AND.Provide metrics & usage to help maintain transparency with upper management on Platform adoption in order to hit Ampersand KPI’s.

Evaluate these metrics and optimize advertiser activation and performance using a data driven approach.Facilitate client success via education, evangelizing platform features, and driving platform adoption.Work across functional groups such as transactional sellers, Research, Data, Product, and Sales Ops to assist in client health.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years advertising related experience Working knowledge of linear, streaming & national industry business Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to deal professionally, courteously, and efficiently in an office setting with employees, clients, and customers.

Ability to meet deadlines & handle multiple projects.

Work independently and proactively on projects and follow through to completion.

Comfort with ambiguity and a self-starter with an aptitude for defining new processes.

Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills required.

Must possess a passion to drive the business forward with a start-up mentality.
