The Alliance Manager is a critical and highly visible role, essential to the execution of Equifax’s USIS business strategy.
In this role, you will develop high-level relationships with large, complex strategic partners that span the enterprise (US and International Regions).
You will manage day-to-day partnerships, execute on growth initiatives, and influence cross-functionally across the enterprise to promote and drive adoption of partner solutions and initiatives.
As part of these partnerships, you will identify partner needs & customer requirements, and formulate effective value-added solutions to address their needs.
What you’ll do
Develop a deep understanding of partner’s business objectives and translate that understanding into a unique value proposition that a partnership with Equifax can deliver
Lead joint partner business planning, including defining work streams to meet strategic objectives across their portfolio
Update and lead quarterly CEO and SLT updates on status of partnerships and joint initiatives
Work cross-functionally with extended to team to develop annual partner strategy to meet revenue and business objectives, regularly revisit and adjust to any changing market dynamics or learnings
Develop key performance measures to assess partnership health and the overall success of initiatives
Expand and elevate existing partner relationships across various stakeholder groups and senior executives
Identify and execute new partnerships that lead to new joint products and offerings
Create deals and deal structures that deliver revenue growth based on clear understanding of the Equifax value proposition and partner’s business model
Collaborate with Product and SMEs to create product roadmaps to convert into integration opportunities to increase data, product and solution sales, and position Equifax and the partner to win in the marketplace.
Identify promising partnership opportunities, assess partnership potential and expand Equifax’s network of relationships with strategic partners to advance Equifax’s scale and scope across various industry verticals
Be an advocate for the partner while maintaining a holistic view of the relationship on a day-to-day operational and strategic level
Work cross-functionally with solution SMEs, Product, Data & Analytics, & Technology, and Business Development to pursue new opportunities and upgrade existing integrations with partners
Maintain deep understanding of contractual relationship and track/enforce obligations
Gather partner insights on customer/market trends and feedback on Equifax products to help inform Equifax products / go to market
Collaborate with Marketing to create/participate in partner marketing programs to drive product usage for the direct sales teams
Collaborate with direct sales teams across the organization to prioritize product integration needs for the business

10+ years of experience in client-facing, strategic sales/partnerships in the Fraud, Marketing or Risk solutions ecosystem
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Proven and referenceable track record developing new business and delivering revenue growth, either in direct sales or alliance/partner management roles
Significant experience negotiating complex partnership deals that deliver maximum value to the enterprise and the end partner
Core understanding of data and analytics and basic principles behind data science, leveraging data to optimize business outcomes
Marketing, Fraud, and Risk management solutions in vertical markets such as Retail, Government, Banking & Lending
Executive-level sales, account and relationship management skills essential to influence decision making
Ability to operate and succeed in a matrix organization, and collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team to align and coordinate internal resources
Refined skills in developing and delivering compelling presentations
Executive presence and high comfort level presenting to senior executive levels
Self-starter and driven professional who enjoys partnering and problem solving
Strong business acumen and desire to succeed in a fast paced environment
Specific experience, preferably at a mid or senior level management level within a top 5 consultancy
Advanced or masters degree
