Mission: The Sales Representative reports to the Sales Manager.

The mission of the sales representative is to aggressively expand new business for Lifestyle Foods in Business and Industry sectors, College, University, Medical Facilities, and Food Contract Organizations.

The overall expectation is for each representative to expand new revenue by $1 million in 2017, through a diversity of accounts in targeted industries.

The Sales representative will have responsibility for researching and vetting qualified sales opportunities, management of customer contacts and relationships, field presentations, customer acquisition, and front-line of communication and customer retention for customers located in the Southeastern Region of the United States.Accountabilities:
Grow customer base in acquisition of targeted, new accounts totaling $1 million in new revenue in 2017.

The expectation is to achieve the acquisition of approximately $3,000 in new build-able and reoccurring business each month obtained at a minimum of 20% net profitability in Key Industries
– Business and Industry, College and University, Medical, and Food Contract.!
Research, Update and Report on Customer targets, generating lead lists, setting appointments, following up with prospective clients, on existing accounts and referrals in conjunction with Strategy set by the Sales Manager.
Responsible for Visiting all Qualified Leads and Provide Immediate Follow-Up for Customer Prospects.
Responsible for any front-line customer questions, concerns or communications at the with Existing Accounts
– with 100% compliance, communication within 2 hours.
Conduct Regular Business Reviews with Accounts on an bi-annual basis with 100% compliance.
Assist Customers in Merchandising Products, Providing Planogram suggestions and recommendations for Additional Marketing Materials for more effective sales strategy.
Assist at Trade Shows and other Marketing Events to represent the Company.
Coordinate and provide support in researching distribution options for Customer Set-
Up for regular ordering schedule.
Obtain proper new account paperwork and contacts prior to first order for account
approval.
Responsible for maintaining Diversification of Business and Account Types
– No one
industry should comprise more than 25% of total business.

(Hospital/Medical, College/University, Vending/Mirco-Market, Retail/Convenience, Transportation, Government/Military)
Responsible for Maintaining sufficient Dilution of Accounts
– No one account should comprise more than 8% of total revenues.
Manage Existing Customer Relationships
– To meet Customer Retention Rate of 100%, and minimum of 20% increase in net annual profit on each account compared.
Ensure company CRM software is continually updated with 100% compliance
Meet Individually budgeted amounts and strive for savings, reporting and being held
accountable for both gross margin dollars and sales expenses set Monthly, Quarterlyand Annually by the Sales Manager.
Providing Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting to report back on
Feedback for overall Progress in line with Meeting Individual Goals and Budget

Well-Developed Computer Skills-Familiar with Formatting and Generating Reports
through Word Processing, Spreadsheet, and Database Programs (CRM).
Networking skills a plus-ability to market the company and build reputation within
the industry and local area through Professional Organizations and Events.
Minimum 3-5 Years Sales experience total, Perishable Food Sales Experience with
Business and Industry, College, University, Medical, and Food Contract Organizations Required.
