e-Commerce Sales Specialist

Adecco Creative & Marketing have a new opportunity for an experienced eCommerce Sales Specialist to join an up and coming program that is building an online Farmer’s Market program for a leading company in the distribution and merchandising of food, pharmacy, health, and personal care nationwide. If you are an expert in eCommerce with a background in working on Sales, Vendor Management, Relationship Management with an understanding and experience working to build small businesses or have helped grow small businesses, we want to hear from you!

This is a 3 month temp role initially, with the potential for longer term and/or full-time opportunities, the eCommerce Specialist will join the existing team to develop maximize hyper-local vendors to get engaged in their program, strengthen existing relationships and targeting new ones to help them understand the value in increasing their customer awareness, their digital footprint, have the opportunity for them to price digitally.

About you:
• Have 2-4 years’ experience working to expand an area of business, primarily a small business and understand vendor relationships
• Can work independently, have flexibility and can work with ambiguity, can work with minimal resources
• Are Experts in their own space, entrepreneurial
• Expertise in Digital eCommerce and being able to explain it to vendors in a way they can understand, leveraging digital channel through your pitch

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years in, account management, project management, or marketing
• Strong business judgement with a track record of successful relationship management and people management skills
• Successful candidates will be autonomous and creative. They will quickly adapt to work in a fast-paced environment where prioritization and multi-tasking are essential.
Preferred Qualifications
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; strong writing and speaking skills
• Track record of taking ownership and driving results
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically with good attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to multitask – prioritization, planning and task delegation
• e-Commerce experie
