Ashfield Engage has a partnership with a global pharmaceutical company to offer support and awareness for key brands in their current portfolio.

We are seeking energetic candidates who are eager to partner with key HCP customers and institutions to make an impact quickly in their remote territory. The Customer Response Representative will achieve KPI targets on assigned territories and meet all relevant standards as set by Ashfield.

What will you be doing?

  • Demonstrate effectiveness working independently and in team environments.
  • Establish phone presence; commanding & disarming, ability to create rapport, network, build, and maintain productive business relationships.
  • Leverage and use customer networks, resources and tools via phone/web to expand connectivity, reach and interest across stakeholders.
  • Identify, prioritize and drive opportunities to create access, policy, programs and processes that drive product demand.
  • Engage targeted healthcare professionals in in-depth informational/promotional communications in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Profile and manage targeted list of healthcare professionals and provide value-added benefits to increase product awareness
  • Maintain consistent call productivity and metrics in accordance with expectations.
  • Listen and respond appropriately to customer needs and questions.
  • Triage customer requests/inquiries to internal stakeholders with urgency and professionalism as required.

What do you need for this position?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1 year of sales/service industry experience
  • Strong technical abilities are required
  • Strong work ethic, interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Documented track record of success
  • Proficient using technology (Zoom, WebEx) platforms to connect with customers
