This team is agile and responsible for increasing Adyoulike’s customer base across the United States in a fast-paced, evolving environment.About the role:This position is remote.As a Business Development Representative (BDR) – Southeast, you will have the chance to learn from senior leadership. You will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities with media agencies and brands for the Advertising Sales team. You will manage both inbound and outbound initiatives by qualifying active buying interest and identifying critical decision-makers to position Adyoulike successfully.In this role, you will help create new opportunities and drive revenue growth by researching, identifying, qualifying leads, and setting meetings for the Account Executive – Southeast. As a BDR, you are Adyoulike’s first point of contact with prospects, and you will be responsible for creating and nurturing relationships until qualified.Our ideal candidate has strong communication skills and work ethic, enjoys the grind, and is persistent and resilient in seeking new business.This position is all about learning and developing your knowledge. The role offers the potential for future roles in sales, marketing, and customer success with a growing, supportive team.What you’ll be doing on the team:• Work with the Advertising Sales team to develop and execute account and territory plans.• Assist the team with account research using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator• Research and identify prospects using LinkedIn Navigator.• Design email campaigns and sequences in Outreach that educate our prospects and pique their interest• Use a combination of phone, email, and social media to help build our Advertising Sales pipeline by connecting with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and identifying the best way to position Adyoulike• Qualify prospects regarding Needs, Time-frame, Authority, and Decision Making process• Cold call outbound prospects to setup qualified meetings for the Advertising Sales team.• Database clean-up to ensure prospect and account accuracy• Manage prospect status and forecasting in Salesforce• Archive weekly and monthly metrics (e.g., new leads, new meetings, qualified leads)• Represent Native Advertising with a focus on Stories relative to the competition• Forecast and report sales activity and metrics• Develop a comprehensive understanding of customers’ critical business drivers• Track sales activity and maintain impeccable CRM hygiene• Deliver the highest level of sales and customer serviceNeed-To-Know:• We’re looking for the best, regardless of your background or location within the United States.
