The role will focus on the identification of new business opportunities through development of relationships with senior level decision-makers.Candidate Profile:We offer the opportunity to be part of an organization where you can make an impact and where the individual matters. The successful candidate will possess:• Proven experience in a sales role preferably within a high volume/highly transactional sales environment• Demonstrated ability to pursue new business opportunities• Ability to uncover clients’ communication challenges/needs, align Speakeasy’s offerings, and articulate recommended solutions to senior-level and C-Suite clients across multiple disciplines/sectors• Existing relationships, ideally within large/complex national and/or global organizations, that can be leveraged in this role is highly preferred• An executive presence coupled with polished and well-developed oral and written communication skills are a must• Undergraduate degree requiredPersonal Attributes: The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic; be entrepreneurial, enterprising, and personable.Salaried position coupled with uncapped commission structure.
