About the team and position
Carvana is looking for an energetic and dynamic individual to join the New Employee Success Team (NEST) as a Coordinator.
This individual will be responsible for partnering with the NEST Team to develop and mentor Trainees through having a reliable and professional presence on our classroom and production floors, being a subject matter expert, and supporting our Training Coaches in running a smooth training experience for our advocates.
The ideal candidate will be well versed in delivering exceptional customer experiences, effectively delivering face-to-face feedback, easily connects with a multitude of personalities, and is a self-starter.
