About the team and position

Carvana is looking for an energetic and dynamic individual to join the New Employee Success Team (NEST) as a Coordinator.

This individual will be responsible for partnering with the NEST Team to develop and mentor Trainees through having a reliable and professional presence on our classroom and production floors, being a subject matter expert, and supporting our Training Coaches in running a smooth training experience for our advocates.

The ideal candidate will be well versed in delivering exceptional customer experiences, effectively delivering face-to-face feedback, easily connects with a multitude of personalities, and is a self-starter.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partners with NEST Team to help support and mentor Trainees. 
  • Facilitate role playing sessions and floating support for trainees.
  • Stay fresh with content by reading emails, OUTs, reviewing HALO, etc. 
  • Assists Trainees in handling escalated calls when needed.
  • Monitors attendance and proper dispositions in determined monitoring systems.
  • Motivate and inspire a team while remaining upbeat and positive. 
  • Participate in POD huddles as needed.
  • Assist with essential tech support as needed. 
  • Flexing to support different NEST teams with fluctuating business needs.
