This is a Full-time position in Atlanta, GA posted November 5, 2021.

Adecco is hiring immediately for work from home Talent Assessment Specialists. While working for Adecco, you will be part of an amazing team and receive great benefits! As a Talent Assessment Specialist, you will be responsible for completing talent assessment related activities that identify candidates for active client orders while simultaneously building Adecco’s future talent platform. Experience with recruiting, licensed, and professional candidates in an order fulfillment environment is preferred.

    MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or one year of full-time work experience.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Initiate contact while completing pre-screening activities with potentially qualified candidates identified from the Talent Curation Team.
  • Completes resume reviews of candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct phone screens to identify and place candidates who best match the needed skillset to fulfil client orders.
  • Responsible for extending conditional based offers to candidates who have passed the talent assessment process.
  • Facilitates the initiation and completion of additional testing per client including remote USV A Package.
  • Maintain Applicant Tracking Systems ensuring that candidate profiles are updated appropriately and accurately throughout the talent assessment process.
  • Identifies opportunities to maintain current talent pipeline by redeploying existing associates with open client orders.
  • Uses various methods of outreach including text campaigns and direct outreach to reactivate and engage talent pipeline.
  • Collaborates and leads transitions of hired candidates with Talent Onboarding ensuring a seamless candidate onboarding experience.
  • Funnels standout candidates to the field for skill marketing
  • Creates and owns exceptional candidate experience that positively reflects our brand.
