SVP Digital Growth


This is a Full-time position in Atlanta, GA posted November 7, 2021.

Company is seeking a senior product leader to drive the next phase of small business growth for the talech product through digital channels. The SVP, Digital Growth will lead a team of product managers to drive the acquisition of customers through digital channels. This is a high visibility role and will have significant impact on the talech business. You will be a member of a closely-knit executive team that is focused on using technology to empower business owners with the tools and insights needed to grow their business and achieve their goals.

Job Function & Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the entire customer journey across the top, middle, and bottom of the application funnel
  • Define the vision and lead the execution of self-serve and sales assisted sign up experiences
  • Work collaboratively with internal partners across sales, marketing, engineering, product, risk, underwriting, legal and operations to build new experiences that allow customers to discover, shop, and apply for products and services
  • Apply a data driven approach to measure performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead a team of talented product managers to execute the mission

Basic Qualifications

  • B.S. or graduate degree in Computer Science or related disciplines preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in Product Management
  • 7+ years of experience in senior leadership

  • Ability to take an established and talented Product Management team and practice to the next level of scale and impact
  • Communicate effectively to senior leadership while having a strong understanding of the details
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively drive change through influence and be able to lead change with adjoining teams
  • Deep analytical skills with the proven capability to work in a very rapid, agile manner
  • Ability to collaborate and indirectly influence others
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems with minimal guidance
