Fluidra is seeking a  Sr Data Analyst to join our team in Newnan, GA

The Sr.

Data Analyst is responsible for creating and maintaining data files contained in a computerized database management system (DBMS).

This position will gather, analyze, report, and verify the integrity of data in use within multiple business units.

This individual will play a crucial role in implementing and recommending procedures to improve business systems, data processing, data flow, collection, and database integrity.

Additionally, you will:

• Maintaining the data warehouse and responsible for identifying and revising reporting requirements.

• Managing and designing the Analytics reporting, including data sources, security, and metadata.

• Preparing ad-hoc reports to key stakeholders that effectively communicate trends and patterns using relevant data.

• Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems.

• Ability to understand business concepts and translate non-technical requirements from various stakeholders into technical terms.

• Understanding of databases, ETL tools, and best practices in creating and delivering useful information.

• Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for issues related to ERP system, including writing and running reports to query data from Epicor (ERP) and analyze as needed.

• Establish, coordinate, and maintain data integrity procedures, processes, and policies that efficiently enhance data integrity.

• Work with end-users to identify and analyze business processes, workflows, requirements, issues, and opportunities, and evaluate the potential application of new or modified technology solutions and/or processes

• Assist in Beta Test releases, updates, and enhancements to new and existing business systems and assist in the coordination of user sign-off and roll-out

• Troubleshoot end user reported problems or coordinate internal and/or external support if necessary

• Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored, or accessed by

the network.

• Other duties as assigned.


• Experience working with Power BI is a must.

• Experience working on ERP systems (preferably Epicor).

• Design, develop and maintain reports Skills

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Effective interpersonal skills

• Skilled in standard industry tools and practices



in Computer Science or Management Information Systems required.

2-3 years of Data Analyst/Database management experience and on tools like Power BI/Tableau.

Knowledge of ERP, MS SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Visual Studio.

Knowledge of C# and Angular JS is a plus.


While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to read and write, sit, walk within the facility to access file cabinets, documents, stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to finger, handle, feel or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 10 pounds.

They also occasionally move objects weighing up to 20 lbs., and sometimes, but rarely, up to 50 lbs.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.
