Senior Advisor, Talent Acquisition


This is a Full-time position in Atlanta, GA posted March 28, 2021.

Location: Remote


Job Description

·            Interacts with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements.

·            Sources, screens and interviews applicants in line with requirements and ensures that the reference checking process is completed.

·            Sources candidates directly in the marketplace and develops candidate pools within their respective market streams.

·            Works with the hiring managers to develop strong selection processes through the use of creative and innovative techniques and tools.

·            Coordinates interviews with Hiring Managers / defined panels.

·            Develops offers in line with approved guidelines, negotiates offer and finalizes start date with candidate.

·            Continues interaction with candidate till the time the candidate joins the organization.

·            Leads and closes all formalities related to on- boarding of the candidate.

·            Accountable for the compliance and document tracking requirements as per defined process guidelines and audit requirements that conform to the local labor code.

·            Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects including agency performance.

·            Exercises judgment on the right sourcing channels to be used.

·            Responsible for managing hiring using appropriate strategies to ensure the best quality of hire and cost per hire.

·            Utilizes MyJobs system throughout the talent acquisition process.

·            Develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

·            May provide performance feedback on all recruiting agencies/sources.

·            May develop, support and maintain employment advertising campaigns, college recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs.

·            Supports team or other team members on specific project based hiring requirements through developing appropriate strategies.

·            Develops and manages strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

·            Effectively and independently handles a variety of position types/business groups/geographies

·            Proficient in interview skills, sourcing skills, and advisory skills Understands marketplace thoroughly and uses knowledge to build successful strategies.

·            Adept at engaging specialized, high-skilled or difficult-to-attract talent hiring Establishes operational objectives and provides mentoring and training to less experienced team members “Owns” client groups, accounts and/or geography relationships to drive results directly with hiring leaders Provides thought leadership to sourcing strategies and projects Proactively seeks diverse candidate slates and supports diversity efforts.

·            Expert in professional hiring for businesses with moderate complexity Customer-focus and efficiency of costs drive deliverables Work involves significant understanding and ability to work across groups, skillsets or geographies Relationships with candidates, business leaders and groups, HR and the market are key to success Sourcing expert

Job Requirements:


·            The Senior Sourcer role requires a thorough understanding of business, client needs, specific talent pools and the innovation necessary to execute an aggressive talent acquisition strategy.

·            This role will be responsible for sourcing for high volume req loads and focused on attracting and engaging a top talent for Client Technologies.

·            Every day find creative ways to identify and attract job seekers all over the world.

·            Engage job seekers to understand their personal career story to help them determine their best fit within their broader job search.

·            Fully understand their hiring strategy and have the ability to effectively navigate the organization to reach your goals.

·            Work with recruiters to conduct thorough intake sessions for each requisition assigned to you, clarifying hiring needs and responsibilities, and ensuring job description reflects accurate knowledge, skills and abilities required.

·            Interview candidates to assess for culture and skill fit using behavioral based interview techniques.

·            Actively participate in ongoing training and educating your business and HR business partners on best practices and market trends/data that can impact their business hiring needs.

·            Engage with recruiting coordinator to ensure an optimal candidate and hiring manager experience.

·            Support team or other team members on specific project based hiring requirements or developing appropriate strategies.

·            May develop, support and maintain multiple projects which may include candidate pipelining, career/opportunity branding campaigns, and candidate cultivation programs.

·            Accountable for the compliance and document tracking requirements as per defined process guidelines and audit requirements that conform to the local labor code

·            Independent, adaptable and highly motivated individual who loves the challenge of finding hidden talent.

·            Establish relationships with key people within any industry.

·            Focus on finding unique ways to identify and attract job seekers for our Outside Sales / Enterprise Sales teams.

·            Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deeply understand the requirements of our jobs, their business function, and how they fit into the organization.



·            5+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience

·            Demonstrable history of using creative sourcing approaches, including leveraging strategies that are uniquely your own.

·            Successful track record of achieving targets, whether those be deadlines, recruiting goals, or both.

·            Self-starter with team first mentality.

·            Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail.

·            Excellent collaboration skills.

·            Proven ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
