REMOTE Mortgage Loan Processor

We are currently filling a number of roles offering a remote position, wonderful benefits, working with a stable team, and a great company! These are permanent employee roles working remotely in Phoenix, AZ, Atlanta, GA, or Dallas, TX areas.

Job Requirements:

• Perform duties of Conventional, FHA, and VA loan processing and closing. Includes interacting with escrow, title company, sales, design center, and borrowers in the closing of the loans.

• Keep communication between borrowers, escrow/title, and sales agents up-to-date to avoid delays and confusion.

• Manage a pipeline of loan packages by review initial loan approval and work with the borrower to gather appropriate documentation.

• Ensure all collected documentation meets required guidelines pertinent to the processing and underwriting of the loan.

• Strive for on-time closing by completing all required pre-closing steps and submitting the loan file to underwriting.

• Satisfy conditions when received from underwriting.

• Communicate with applicants and business partners (Loan Officers, Production Partners, Underwriting, attorneys, title companies, etc.) regarding loan status.

• Other duties as assigned.
