This is a Full-time position in Atlanta, GA posted March 23, 2021.


POSITION SUMMARY:  To provide assistance for transport, clerical departmental housekeeping, and other patient care activities.

1.       Assists insupportive patient care activities under the direct supervision of the licensedtherapists
2.       Performsclerical duties pertinent to the general operational functions of the rehabdepartment
3.       AttendsClinical meetings and other non-clinical meetings as assigned by the Therapy OutcomesCoordinator.
4.       Maintainsschedule system for therapists to assist with facility efficiency.
5.       Keepsrehab department clean and clutter free; following all infection controlpolicies and procedures for equipment and department cleaning and sanitizing.
6.       Keepsrehab department stocked with required supplies at all times. Keeps inventoryup to date.
7.       Reportsissues related to equipment to Therapy Outcomes Coordinator and designatedcontact immediately.
8.       Reportsall issues related to patients, partners or customers immediately to theTherapy Outcomes Coordinator; demonstrating a proactive attitude and solutionswhenever possible.
9.       Observesuniform code or dress guidelines and wears ID badge at all times.
10.   Adheres toGreat Customer Service principles of the organization.
11.   Reports towork on time as scheduled; providing proper notification per policy oftardiness, planned or unplanned PTO.
12.   Followsall Tenets of the Organization demonstrating the Committed to CaringPhilosophy throughout each work day.
13.   Fosters aculture of compliance by following the Code of Conduct and other applicablepolicies and regulatory requirements at all times.
14.    Completes all required orientation, inservices and trainings timely and successfully.
15.  Perform other related duties as necessary andas directed by supervisor.  


High School Graduate

1.     1.      Demonstrate a strong sense of quality, workethic and flexibility. Always representing the organization is a positive andprofessional manner.
2.     2.  Demonstrates the ability to take initiativeand use sound judgment in routine and emergency situations.
3.     3.  Expressesthoughts clearly and concisely in oral and written form.

5.     5.  General proficiency in computer usage,especially Microsoft Office and electronic medical record reporting followingHIPAA regulations.
6.     6.  Demonstrates ability to multi-task, prioritizeand manage time efficiently to complete required daily task
