We are seeking a key leader as a Residential Real Estate Managing Attorney to oversee our growing team in Alpharetta, GA!

We are expanding our Georgia office and looking for a Managing Attorney to ensure its success. You will be responsible for running the office operations in addition to handling your own caseload. You will advise the firm on ways to drive down costs and increase revenue to achieve our financial goals. We will rely on your expertise to hire great talent and uphold our reputation of excellence. We are looking for a leader with the experience, business acumen, and drive to take us to the next level!

Qualifications:

  • Must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a law firm
  • Must be approved with all major Title Insurance Companies
  • Must have Atlanta area base of relationships
  • Hold a current appointment as a GA Notary Public
  • Must be comfortable interacting with clients tactfully in high-pressure customer service situations
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Requirements:

Residential Real Estate Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Manage Alpharetta, GA office, including but not limited, the GA team, clients, and the day-to-day ongoings of the office
  • Reviewing closing documents for accuracy and legal sufficiency
  • Representing lenders, buyers, and sellers in real estate closings
  • Interacting with clients and other industry professionals
  • Performing and reviewing title searches
  • Preparing and certifying title insurance policies
  • Marketing and forging relationships with new clients
  • Performing other related duties as assigned
