We welcome candidates who can contribute to the diversity and excellence of our academic community.DescriptionJOB DESCRIPTION: Collaborates with leadership in the Provost”s Office to manage timelines and implementation of strategic projects.

May lead special projects associated with University strategic initiatives.

Determines scope of projects and identifies team members.

Prepares and manages project time lines to ensure accurate and timely completion.

Identifies and resolves project-related concerns.

Develops and disseminates communication materials and operational/statistical reports.

Collaborates with staff on projects related to faculty hiring, training and institutional equity and inclusion.

Oversees the process of onboarding new employees and provides direction to support staff.

Performs related responsibilities as required.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor”s degree and three years of administrative, project management or related experience in a higher education environment, or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training.NOTE: This role will be granted the opportunity to work from home temporarily during the COVID-19 pandemic, with intent to return to an Emory University location in the future.
