National Account Specialist

This is a Full-time position in Atlanta, GA posted November 5, 2021.

Ajilon is currently seeking a REMOTE contract-to-hire national account specialist for our client based out of Livermore, CA! Candidates can sit anywhere but need to be able to support various time zones (PST, CST, EST).

Pay rate: $20.00-25.00

REMOTE POSITION!

The Corporate National Account Specialist provides critical support to divisions and chain-based customers by building and fostering positive cross-functional and customer relations, providing assistance with inventory management, order guides, maintaining special order lists and supporting other activities aimed at maintaining and driving the business. Supports the Corp Acct Coordinator, Corp Acct Executive and Director on specified concepts.

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist the team with maintenance of customer order guides, including menu changes, DWOs, special orders and managed thru inventory issues.
  • Assist the CBS team with inventory transitions, inventory position as well as inventory for auto shipments and special events.
  • Process analysis of inventory for assigned customers in coordination with functions; coordinate LTOs and new/discontinued menu items; Track LTO items as they are received and during promotion and address potential issues proactively to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Work with team to monitor slow and dead inventory for supported customers; provide analysis to CAE and CAC to escalate with customer as needed
  • Work with divisions and corporate NASL department to ensure correct pricing to the customer thru the NIR (new item request) process which includes vendor contracts.
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate between the sales team thru written and verbal communication practices for assigned customers to keep everyone up to date on status of tasks and duties.

Requirements:

  • Foodservice product knowledge and working knowledge of our internal programs and systems as it relates to Dotcom, Edge, Merlin, PRISM, Tandem, Word, PowerPoint, Invoice Retrieval, etc.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate (written and oral) with all levels of an organization, customers, etc.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines; basic math and grammar skills and strong interpersonal skills; team player.
  • Solid computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Access.
