Mortgage Loan Processor

SVS Group is looking to hire 5+ Experienced Mortgage Loan Processors. You will have typical Mortgage Loan Processing Job Duties to include:

• You will be Processing Conventional, FHA, and VA Loans
• You will get a mixture of New Purchases and Refinances
• You will work fully Remote but must work in the Pacific Standard Time Zone or the Mountain Time Zone.
• You must have at least 2+ years of Extremely Recent Mortgage Loan Processing Experience.
• For now, we are only allowed to hire Experienced Mortgage Loan Processors

Job Requirements:

• Submit mortgage loan application files for underwriting approval
• Approving and closing mortgage loans
• Validating and closing of mortgage loan files
• Analyzing and processing mortgage loan transactions
• Prepare loan files for residential mortgage applications
• Compile application information for mortgage loans
• Processing and completing mortgage loan applications
• Prepare necessary documents and submit mortgage loan application files
• Prepare necessary documents and submit mortgage loan application files for underwriting approval
• Work closely with mortgage loan officer
• Facilitate the loan processing functions for mortgage and consumer loans
• Processing 1st mortgage loans
• Prepare and move mortgage loans to closing
• Process mortgage loan files and documentation from application through final approval
• Process and close mortgage loan requests
• Garner approval on all first mortgage loans
• Submit loan to underwriting for approval
• Enter loan information into various mortgage related systems
• Submit accurate loan files to underwriting for approval
• Preparing all documentation relative to the mortgage loan closing by utilizing the bank’s mortgage processing system
