We are looking for team members that will assist qualified applicants obtain loans in a timely manner insuring that the loan has been properly completed by the applicant and the auto dealership. Pay: 17.00 per hourJob Type: Full time Benefits: Please see description below of our generous benefitsA Loan Processor s Key Responsibilities are: Communicate to our financial institution customers and auto dealer partners to review loan terms and retrieve additional loan documents. Communicate with fellow processors and underwriters to insure consistency on compliance documents Verify accuracy of auto loan packages received for funding in the designated time frame Make consistent and sound decisions involving verification of documents Perform other duties as assigned Comply with all company Information Security Policies Complete all security training, read ongoing security-related communications and acknowledge understanding of such communications as requested by Management Complete compliance and regulatory training as requested by ManagementKnowledge, Skills and Abilities: High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of applicable Federal and State laws as they pertain to consumer lending Must possess exceptional analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal, written, telephone and interpersonal communication skills Must be detail oriented and be able to handle multiple projects/priorities simultaneously Ability to work independently and work well with others as part of a team Ability to self-initiate areas of opportunity, make recommendations for improvement, and follow up as necessary to achieve desired results Ability to resolve interpersonal conflict and miscommunication Build lasting relationships through superior customer service PC proficient, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) and the Internet Strong time management skills and attentiveness to detail Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrated through prior work experience Demonstrated competencies necessary for success include: Detail Oriented, Good Follow-Up Skills, Organized, Good Communication Skills, and Good Sense of Urgency in dealing with time sensitive documentsPreferred: 2 years of auto loan/leasing experienceBenefits:Generous Paid Time Off Program Paid Holidays401K Matching with immediate vestingInsurance, including health, dental, vision and life Associated topics: credit, document, financial record, loan clerk, loan interviewer, mortgage, mortgage interviewer, mortgage process, mortgage processor, verification
