Primary Location 3003 Summit Blvd, Atlanta, GA, USA Division Cox Automotive Job Level Individual Contributor Travel No Schedule Full-time Shift Day Job Requisition Number 202101057 Job Summary The Lead Cyber Resiliency and Security Advisor will own an enterprise program of performing business impact analysis of external and internal applications and manage a framework of resiliency assessments across cloud and data center hosted applications and systems. The role will work with cross functional technology and business teams to build capabilities and ensure that policies, plans, procedures, and strategies effectively provide a recovery framework for restoration of critical systems and data, for both traditional disaster and cyber threat scenarios, to meet or exceed established business and customer requirements. The lead will bring proven experience in cloud platforms (primarily AWS) and will use their technology experience across applications, infrastructure and networks to support improved resiliency and security across the organization PRIMARY DUTIESKEY RESPONSIBILITES Maintain, support and improve program for an annual Business Impact Assessment across all platforms and provide granular and summary reporting to stakeholders across all levels in the organization. Assess and evaluate the resiliency of the platforms across cloud, hybrid and data center platforms. Provide strategies of achieving and maintaining resilient cloud, multi-cloud and hybrid environments The lead will evaluate and create standards and patterns of secure cyber resilience and resiliency testing as per industry best practices. Develop metrics, benchmarks, and milestones to create reporting for state of resiliency across the organization. Effectively communicate state of resiliency with peers and leadership up to Executive levels. Facilitate continuous improvement of the DR program ensuring processes and practices are current. Identify, track, prioritize and drive resolution of program level issues, leveraging lessons learned from prior experience and work to address and mitigate systemic issues. Evaluate technology platforms for appropriate back-up and off-site storage strategies to support program goals. Continuously assess and manage emerging cyber risk pertaining to resiliency. Advises on implementation of security standards and controls for Cloud solutions. Coordinates with the technology teams in development and compilation of additional controls and continuous compliance improvement activities. Collaborates and provides business units with recommendations to reduce business risks within their areas. Builds effective relationships with key stakeholders. Qualifications Required Experience Specialized Knowledge and skills BABS Degree, preferably formal studies in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent 7+ years’ hands-on experience in Information Systems, IT Security, Audit andor Compliance or equivalent Experience of web-based applications, infrastructure, and architecture Experience with cloud including hybrid multi-cloud management, disaster recovery planning and execution. Proven experience in reducing and managing security risk in information systems. Expertise in AWS Cloud- architecture andor successful AWS cloud-based solutions and implementations. More than one security certification- examples CISSP, CISM, CISA, AWSCloud. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Excellent organizational, project management and follow-up skills Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organization Excellent communication skills Other duties as needed or required Requires physical ability and mental acuity to execute the duties of the position successfully within required timeframes to meet business requirements.
