Duties: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate phone and onsite interviews which may include arranging domestic and international travel arrangements.
Review and submit candidate reimbursement expenses.
Assist with sending out interview evaluations forms.
Maintain candidate files, system updates, and ensure compliance with federal laws
Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensuring information is up-to-date.
Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
Perform administrative duties as required to support the recruiting team.
May participate in ad hoc team projects
Suggests opportunities to improve processes
Ensure high quality data integrity
Administers a variety of human resources activities and programs, including those related to staffing, compensation, benefits, training and workplace safety. Post job listings to fill vacancies and review resumes or applications to ensure that the basic qualifications are met before passing them on to the hiring team. Answers employee questions about human resources matters such as insurance, payroll, retirement plans, hiring procedures and company policy; referrals are made to specialists when necessary. Manage new hire orientations, human resources events and open enrollment for benefits such as health insurance. Maintain proper security for all employee files and follow privacy procedures at all times.
Skills:

Must be proficient in calendaring in Outlook as well as MS Word. Prior scheduling experience is a plus.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize requests.
Solid understanding of administrative operations of assigned area of HR
Able to read, analyze, and interpret company policies and guidelines
Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees
Able to interact and communicate effectively with employees, vendors, contractors, and management in a professional manner
Ability to maintain confidentiality, conduct business in ethical manner, present a credible image and accept and follow direction
