Entry Level Management Trainee | Weekly Pay

CWC is a local firm celebrating six years of success and record breaking growth in Atlanta! In the upcoming months, we are happy to announce the opening of two Southeast locations, projected to be the most profitable in company history. Our Business Development team is interviewing the BEST talent in the area to qualify the candidates who can properly support our existing territory needs as well as the recent increase in demand for products and services.

The Management Trainee will have the opportunity to network with high-end executives while gaining hands-on experience, and thorough cross-training in departments such as: Customer Service, Sales, Business Development, and Human Resources. We provide all Entry Level Managers the tools and solid foundation for future upward mobility and success within our company.

Basic responsibilities of the Management Trainee:

• Manage the execution of daily in office training and out of office client meetings
• Stay up to date on product knowledge to provide solutions to customer service needs with professionalism and integrity
• Develop and execute sales strategies for better campaign efficiency and company goal achievement
• Assist Location Manager in monitoring quotas and general campaign/revenue projections
• Liaise between sales representatives, lead generation teams, and potential clients to create ongoing professional relationships
• Interview and develop company new hires to provide a seamless training process

Preferred qualifications:

• MORAL COMPASS – ability to make decisions which have significant impact on the company’s credibility and reputation
• EXPERIENCE – one year experience in a client facing customer service role
• EDUCATION – some college preferred, but not required
• MANAGERIAL – one year of leadership experience in a professional setting
• PERSONAL STRENGTHS – immense focus, drive, and integrity
