Digital Interaction Analyst RoomsToGo is seeking a Digital Interaction Analyst. This role will handle tagging and data collection techniques to support solving business problems and informing and driving optimization. We are looking for someone with passion for emerging tech and media and their practical applications. Someone who can bring a data-driven and analytical approach to decision-making and opportunity identification. Roles and Responsibilities Manage multiple data sources for cleanliness. Maintain tag libraries. Develop new tags. Manage Data sets and cadenced reports. Support testing, optimization and personalization. Work cross-functionally with marketing teams and other business units to develop models that apply credit to marketing and development efforts. Interacting with multiple departments and managers on a regular basis. Responsible for reporting in data sources daily and creating regular reports independently. Figuring out how to resolve data issues and escalations independently. Responsible for designing, producing, and distributing specific departmental reports on a dailyweeklymonthly basis as needed. Reports to Sr. Digital Implementation Analyst. Present and evaluate end user capabilities and assemble data to conduct competitive analysis. Apply tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, DCM, and AdWords in creating, analyzing, and interpreting reports. Help in developing, launching, and maintaining campaign measurement and analytics. Ad hoc analysis as needed. Required Skills Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Experience with modern statistical learning methods (regression techniques, classification models, supervised and unsupervised learning, etc.) Experience with Tag Management systems such as Google Tag Manager or Tealium Experience with Testing and Optimization platforms such as Optimize Experience with Data Visualization Tools, such as Google Data Studio, PowerBI, or Tableau Experience working with Web Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, DCM, and AdWords Working knowledge of programming languages such as HTML and Javascript Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills Certification in Google Analytics and a tag management system Ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Education and Experience Masters or Bachelors Degree in Math, Finance, Analytics, Statistics, or related field is preferred 3-5 years of experience in analytics or digital marketing is preferred Experience in SQL, SAS, BigQuery, R, python and similar tools preferred Agency experience preferred.
