Demo Engineer


This is a Full-time position in Atlanta, GA posted November 17, 2021.

This role can be performed remotely anywhere within the United States and Canada.

As a Demo Engineer, you will have a large impact on the go-to-market execution at FullStory.

Part of the Sales Engineering function, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all the FullStory demonstration assets.

This includes demo collateral, Web Applications, Mobile Applications, and technical integrations used to showcase our capabilities and differentiators to prospective clients and partners.

You will work alongside the Sales Engineering team to drive innovation into these demo environments to maximize outcomes for sales and alliances.

You will also act as a critical liaison between Sales and the Product team, sharing feedback with the Product Management, Operations, and Engineering functions at FullStory.

Day to day, you’ll:

  • Build and own web/mobile applications that illustrate the value of the FullStory platform
  • Create the collateral and materials needed for our Sales Engineering team to be successful in delivering best-in-class demonstrations
  • Lead and own initiatives to include building project timelines, report status and present results to the sales leadership team
  • Act as an evangelist for our Sales Engineering team within FullStory: communicate and strategize cross-functionally to drive success and attain revenue goals
  • Understand verticals and challenges facing specific buyer personas, and create compelling solutions to address gaps
  • Conduct demos, as necessary, to internal stakeholders to showcase value of new demos and product offerings

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience building and improving modern frontend build systems, including HTML, CSS, and Javascript
  • Has experience with PHP, Python, and React web development techniques
  • Has experience learning, understanding and communicating complex technical concepts to internal stakeholders
  • Has experience with managing programs and projects with tight deadlines and incomplete information in a fast-paced environment

It would be amazing if:

  • You are familiar with mobile technology like React Native, Kotlin/Java, Swift, and/or Objective-C
  • You have experience with Rest-based APIs and integrating SaaS platforms 
  • You have knowledge of marketing/analytics platforms or similar industry/platforms
  • You are passionate about web and mobile browser technology and stay informed about new trends, technologies, and frameworks
