Data Administrator

Converge Technology Solutions

This is a Full-time position in Atlanta, GA posted January 7, 2022.

The Data Administrator will report directly to VP of Human Resources:

  • This role will be responsible for identifying opportunities for efficiencies, improvements, and full utilization of HR systems functionality, and for maintaining the overall integrity of information and data within these systems.
  • Manage implementation of HRIS
  • Serve as the technical lead of the HRIS and other department databases, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to modules available within.
  • Collaborate with HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions.
  • Works closely with HR team to resolve HR technical issues and implement process improvements. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
  • Supports HR management with ad hoc research, reports, and analysis as required. Assists in the creation of surveys that would yield useful data.
  • Develop, prepare, audit, and analyze various internal reports for members of the HR team or other departments as needed; Reports may include headcount reports, EEO-1 reports and salary/data survey reports
  • Propose and implement solutions to sustain/improve data quality within the HR databases.
  • Ensure data integrity by performing routine audits between internal systems with other departments such as Finance and IT databases
  • Support and execute all HRIS system changes such as promotions, pay changes, and position changes
  • Manage security permissions, access, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users including HR team members, department managers or others given expanded access
  • Serve as liaison between HR, information services, external vendors for HRIS design and implementation projects (i.e. integration projects with outside vendors)
  • Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy for all HR systems; assists in defining and implementing data integrity standards and controls.
  • Assists with the execution of training for end users for HR tools and processes.

  • Proficiency with MS Office required
  • Experience with Ceridian and/or Paycom, a big plus!

Education & Experience:

  • At least 1 year of HRIS experience
  • High school education is required.
