This is a Full-time position in Atlanta, GA posted November 21, 2021.

Our client, a leader in the natural gas industry, is currently seeking a Talent Management Specialist to work on a contract basis .

This is a fully remote role currently expected to yield an estimated 25-30 hours of work per week for approximately 4 months.

The anticipated schedule is Mon – Fri 9 a.M.

to 3 p.M., but there is flexibility based on candidate and workload.

On a daily basis, the Talent Management Specialist is responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage the organizations talent pool.

This role helps management evaluate the effectiveness of the organization’s talent strategies and makes recommendations aligning talent to training or development programs to ensure organizational goals are met.

The Talent Management Specialist will have a solid support system to ensure success in this contract role including an established playbook to follow, a dedicated manager and supporting team members.

Tasks and Responsibilities include: Recruit potential employees through online, employee referral, on-site recruiting and other sources.

Contact candidates and confirm interview times and schedules Check candidates work history, competency and other qualifications.

Assist in developing interview questions with hiring manager and make recommendations on candidate selection Responsible for the pre-employment process and onboarding new employees Plan and coordinate the organizations Intern program and all associated activities Support other members of the Talent Management team as needed Participate in department and company-wide moderately complex projects Candidate Profile: Your success will be driven by your demonstration of the organizations CORE values; Safety, Integrity, Collaboration, Transparency and Excellence.

Required Skills and Experience: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field At least three years of related experience in human resources, training and development, and talent acquisition with experience managing the full cycle from job opening creation with the hiring manager to recruiting to onboarding Strong organizational, prioritization, and written and verbal communication skills required.

Facilitation, presentation, critical thinking skills and attention to detail Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft office products (i.E.

Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Publisher) Experience with any ATS (applicant tracking system), but Oracle Recruiter Cloud is ideal Ability to coordinate training programs , including, but not limited to managing registration, program and event management Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills; must have a team-orientated approach ; able to quickly and consistently establish rapport and collaborate Knowledge of federal and state employment law.
