Business Systems Analyst (ServiceNow)

Description

Koch Business Solutions is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our ServiceNow team.

We are looking for an energetic analyst who enjoys working in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

As a business analyst, you will play a key role in working with our global team with a focus on our Georgia-Pacific (GP) stakeholders to build solutions to a wide range of business requests.

This position is eligible to be worked from Wichita, KS; Atlanta, GA; Reno, NV; Green Bay, WI; Lisle, IL; Auburn Hills, MI
What You Will Do In Your Role

• Working with GP customers to drive efficient adoption/utilization of the ServiceNow platform
• Primary point of contact for escalated support and workflow improvements
• Efficient vetting and adoption of enhancements for continuous improvement
• Understand GP business needs and partner with ServiceNow Product Owners to advocate for enhancements to support those needs
• Support GP business knowledge growth of the ServiceNow platform by leading training and knowledge sharing events

The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:

• Experience building strong business relationships cross functionally
• Experience influencing and challenging peers and stakeholders in order to drive to a common goal/solution
• Experience working with and communicating complex problems and solutions
• Experience managing, prioritizing and maintaining concurrent projects while providing realistic delivery dates and managing customer expectations
• Experience with business process analysis or design
• Experience working with IT systems
• Experience soliciting and capturing requirements
• Experience/knowledge in ServiceNow

What Will Put You Ahead

• ITIL certification
• Service Now Certified System Administrator
• Knowledge of GP organization and business
• Good technical background for basic understanding of infrastructure problems
