WHAT YOU’LL DOThe NAMR MDP L& D Coordinator is part ofthe Global MDP L& D Team supporting the NAMR region.

Working together with the NAMR L& D Senior Manager, the L& D Coordinator will provide support to the administration, planning and supervision of training events including on-site support across North America, including: Planning MDP training journeys, including calendaring, overseeing training invitations, registrations and cancellations; serving as contact for participants and their assistants, manage aspects of event management such as secure locations, logistics (hotel, restaurants, banquets, ground transportation if necessary) and event preparation (room set-up, A/V, training documents, printing, name tags, name tents, facepages, agendas) and manage participants and presenters on site to ensure that training events run smoothly Interface with and support internal and external presenters and vendors, including scheduling, logistics, billing, and invoicingField surveys and collect participant feedback for all programs, analyze and report feedback to local teams and vendors Maintain regional database of training materials, documents, hotels, contacts, invoices and communication and track spending and budget Track and support MDP coaching both program related and individual engagements Become proficient in use of SABA, our training management database, and be prepared to upskill for new platform and systems, e.G.

EdCast The L& D Coordinator will support the building of the regional training community, answer requests for information or materials and coordinate regular meetings and conference calls, help be a thought partner to the broader global team on new training opportunities, concepts, and formats that will improve training in both the near and long-term future.

In addition, the Coordinator may perform additional administrative or analytical duties and special projects as needed.YOU’RE GOOD ATThe successful candidate must be organized, client focused, efficient, thrive in a dynamic international working environment involving professionals across different levels and geographies, have a strong drive for excellence as well as sound relationship building skills.

He/she must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping with BCGs values and culture.

The candidate must be able to work cooperatively with other team members, displaying a high level of motivation and enthusiasm for tasks and able to work independently in the absence of continuous supervision and flexible and adaptable to changes.YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)BA/BS degree required with at least three years relevant work experience and BCG experience strongly preferred.Ideally some practical experience in event management Highly-developed organization and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, especially dealing with confidential MDP information Strong computer skills with an advanced working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word US travel required, approximately 8-10 meetings per year, each 2-3 days in duration YOU’LL WORK WITHBCG’s mission is to inspire the very best people with unparalleled opportunities for professional and personal growth.
