We are actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our growing team.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator assists our talent acquisition team achieve their objectives in recruiting top talent to the Benevis organization.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will have direct interaction with our talent acquisition team, hiring managers and service various divisions/locations within the company.

Duties focus on support for the field talent acquisition team.

Responsibilities Assists with adding and maintaining candidate profiles.

Conducts telephone and email correspondence and follows communication guidelines.

Assists recruiter with candidate screening, qualification, and validation of skills and credentials.

Supports scheduling candidate interviews (phone, video, onsite) in cooperation with recruiters and hiring managers.

Assists in gathering copies of certifications and other required documentation from candidate and/or internal partners, as required.

Partners with recruiting and sourcing team on hiring events, virtual and onsite job fairs, and other recruiting campaigns.

Aides in the sending and completion of the recruiting onboarding tasks, including verifying the accuracy of documentation collected.

Assists in creating communication and marketing materials for candidates.

Updates, monitors and posts job ads across company social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.

Monitors and evaluates social channels and other digital means for trending news, concepts, and provides insights/findings to management with suggested appropriate actions to capitalize on those findings.

Conducts competitive research (i.E., websites, social media, etc.) to compile competitive intelligence about existing clients and targeting industries.

Provides recommendations to increase overall company presence on social media and other digital platforms.

Assists with escalations and issue resolution between candidate sand recruiters/hiring managers.

Facilitates reference checks as requested by the organization.

Partners with recruitment team in varying capacities, special projects, and any supporting tasks to ensure candidate needs are met.

Performs other duties as assigned.
