We are actively seeking a Patient Financial Services Specialist to join our team.

As a Patient Financial Services Specialist, you will assist patients with billing statements, refund requests, EOB’s, payments, and any other billing questions or concerns they may have.

Find your opportunity to make an impact: Responsibilities Address patient concerns by answering and responding to incoming calls in a timely manner.Take Patient PaymentsSet up payment arrangements.Assist patients with unresolved balances.Liaison between patients and their insurance company.Collecting estimated liabilities from patients.Demonstrate working knowledge of the Revenue Cycle Process, Compliance, and Federal Regulations.Verify, collect and update patient demographics, insurance coverages and payment information.Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments.Soft Collection Skills.Keep and open line of communication with manager.Complete weekly workflow assignments.Responsible for answering inquiries from the field offices and interoffice departments within Revenue Cycle.
