Job Overview:

The Vice President of Marketing will be part of the Leadership team and play a critical role executing data-driven marketing strategies to expand and grow our business. This individual will coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders to drive brand awareness, national messaging, lead generation, and customer engagement. Reporting to the EVP of Sales, this role requires a collaborative leader who is ready to roll up their sleeves and build scalable processes that enable the company to reach more healthcare organizations.

Job Requirements:

  • Develop the national company branding / marketing roadmap and implement strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Create and roll-out scalable project plans, checklists, workflows, and other tools to enhance our B2B lead generation.
  • Work with sales, client services and account teams to promote brand positioning, provide effective sales materials, generate new leads, and retain customers.
  • Define and promote marketing best-practices across the company.
  • Provide recommendations on program effectiveness and channel marketing campaigns and implement new marketing programs.
  • Engage leadership to determine client needs and develop additional product marketing initiatives.
  • Develop marketing and communications programs for the business unit in conjunction with the strategic vision, messages and objectives.
  • Develop strategy and content for all member and provider material and oversight of the writing, design and production.
  • Work closely with the inside sales team to increase the quality and quantity of inbound leads

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Business Administration, Marketing or related field from four-year college or university; 10+ years of brand or product marketing, sales, account or product management experience. 
  • Market research, event marketing, proposal writing, strategic planning, brand development and strategy, market intelligence experience required.
  • Extensive Business to Business and Business experience
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast paced, entrepreneurial environment, preferably within healthcare
  • Knowledge of Behavioral healthcare, Managed care, insurance, or healthcare environment experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Sales Force, MS Office Suite, Google Office Suite
  • Outstanding project management skills with proven experience managing end-to-end projects including managing budget, timelines/milestones, multiple partners, and deliverables
  • Strong credibility and interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of marketing strategy & operations leveraging social platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook
  • Strong mentoring capabilities and capacities
  • Travel up to 50%
