Company Descriptionn n Cause Collective is an experiential marketing company that delivers your products and services directly to targeted consumers in concentrated efforts to brand your company better and faster than competitors in your industry.n n Job Descriptionn n We are currently looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our growing team.

The ideal applicant will have at least 4 years of experience in digital advertising management for consumer products, including Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest.n nSalary range: $46000
– $56000 per year.n n Responsibilitiesn Develop paid social recommendations designed to meet the objectives provided in summaries of client/planning teams.

Write, develop and maintain written and visual content on social media sites.

Present recommendations to internal or client groups as necessary.

Support to the Managing Director with or advice of spearhead campaign, strategic planning and implementation for direct response and brand campaigns.

Work with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, and more to plan and manage media purchases for customer accounts.

Connect with the appropriate department / person to answer incoming questions in a timely and thoughtful manner.

Work with the team to manage the campaign times, fulfilling all tasks within the agreed deadlines Examine campaign performance with regular data analysis, measure customer KPIs, and report on any trends and granular information to key customer stakeholders.

Suggest places for campaign optimization based on meeting customer KPIs and the guidance team to implement as needed.

Monitor data sources to detect new trends, highlight business opportunities.

Meet and test new platforms and technologies that can be used to manage social campaigns and help generate more customer value.

Maintain regular communication with clients to discuss active social campaigns and help educate new developments in the social space.

Qualificationsn Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred.

Experience using content management tools.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Corporate writing skills with an understanding of brand guidelines.

Self-confident and strong attention to detail.

Ability to adapt to a constantly changing business and work environment.

Good understanding of data, social metrics, and reporting to support best-practice communication strategy and planning.
