The Sales Manager will be responsible with developing and managing a mix of enterprise and medium sized customer accounts while building relationships with key influencer and decision makers. This role works closely with our business development team to deliver for our customers. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions and work across the organization to build consensus. Roles Responsibilities Develop and manage enterprise relationships by engaging with prospects, partners, and key customers. Meet or exceed response times for all inbound requests Participate in the development and execution of a business plan including outbound calling Manage numerous requests concurrently strategically. Work with partners to extend reach drive adoption. Drive adoption in a defined set of accounts to meet and ensure customer satisfaction. Develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust pipeline BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 0-3 years of in account management or business development support roles Significant experience in technology related sales roles with great track record (or a business development, sales engineering, consulting background with remarkable achievements) Direct field experience in working with complex Accounts In-depth understanding of customer use cases and industry trends in the main enterprise industries Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously in driving projects to completion, often in an ambiguous environment Willingness for regular travel activity SaaSCloud experience Experience in developing the business with Azure Customers Preferred Qualifications MBA a plus Demonstrated success in building strong relationships using a consultative, solutions-focused approach Experience in prospecting and qualifying companies Strong experience using Salesforce.
