Process Analyst – Intelligent Automation

The Process Analyst – Intelligent Automation is skilled in process engineering, process-driven systems business requirements, intelligent automation technologies, project management and change management; the Process Analyst has experience with processes analysis and optimization and how automation technologies can drive efficiencies in business.

Partners with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to generate and document ideas and solutions that impact operational results.  This role executes on strategic initiatives and cross-departmental projects across all of Cox.

 This role will ensure all Discovery and Process Analysis initiatives are delivered with high quality, add business value and align to COE Governance Standards.Job Responsibilities:Work with team of process analysts and/or cross-functional matrixed teams who plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiativesStays abreast of emerging technologies in the hyper-automation spectrum that facilitate discovery of opportunities where process analysis, optimization and automation add business valueCoordinate matrixed team efforts to maximize performance, productivity and successful achievement of department/team metrics and goalsDevelops and implements processes to establish and maintain quality standards of existing products and servicesConduct data analysis of metrics, tools and budgetary expenses to assess best practices and effectiveness of processes and procedures and makes recommendations for improvementWork with process and task mining vendors to evaluate tools and make go-forward recommendationsEnsure compliance across the organization with applicable processes and proceduresCollect and document of business requirements for project and process improvement/automation effortsFacilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use casesReview information and trends to ensure that the output of processes have achieved the desired results and that services are meeting customer expectationsConduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concernsEnsure that changes are deployed in a consistent, timely fashion that manages the risk of change, minimizes disruptions to the target environment, and provides a framework to ensure that changes are successfully implementedSuccessfully build and manage relationships to fully meet business process and change management needs.

This includes defining policies, methods & procedures and best practicesUnderstands the implications and applications of emerging technologies along with non-technical processesAchieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles and practical experienceActivities are typically more diverse covering multiple functions and significant scope/impactQualifications:Required:3 or more years of experience required in related field (e.g., Project Management, Process Design, Continuous Improvement/Six Sigma, etc.)2 or more years of experience required if candidate possesses a related advanced degree.Ability to identify and understand issues and develop solutionStrong project leadership and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects, deliverables, and milestonesStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to influence and drive results in a matrix environmentSelf-starter with a continuous improvement mindsetRequires strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365: PowerPoint, Teams, Forms, Planner, Excel & WordExcellent soft skills such as: interpersonal facilitation, data analysis, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organizationPreferred:BS/BA degree in related discipline strongly desired2 or more years of experience required in the Process Analysis / Intelligent Automation field desiredExperience in corporate back-off and shared services functions desiredExperience in telecommunications and automotive industries desiredSix Sigma Certification desiredJob Skills:Strong leadership, negotiation, problem solving, and team building skillsThe ability to work well with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences in a collaborative and constructive mannerExcellent customer relationship skills.  Adept at navigating organizational and political challengesAbility to manage small to medium projects, sub-projects, deliverables, and milestonesStrong organizational, verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to present to mid-level management and Steering Committee membersThe ability to express complex technical concepts effectively in customer/business terms.Ability to manage conflict constructively to bring out productive change.Experience working with various departments, implementing and consulting on a variety of initiativesAbility to work effectively within time constraints and manage multiple commitments simultaneouslyDemonstrate organizational savvy to effectively interact up and down the organizationAbility to have courageous conversations to change behaviors or build consensusPossess self-awareness, understanding strengths and areas where assistance may be neededOpen minded and able to consider multiple viewpoints of an issue as well as broaden perspectiveAbility to identify and understand problems/issues and develop solutions.Other Essential Job Requirements and Working Conditions:Travel: Some travel for conferences or off-site training may be requiredOther:This job description is a general description of essential job functions.  It is not intended as an employment contract, nor is it intended to describe all duties someone in this position may perform.  All employees of Cox Enterprises, Inc.
