Application Developer

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Expert in React and React best practices
* Extensive experience converting an organization(s) to React from AngularJS
* Provide technical leadership and establish React best practices with team
* Work on migrations of internal and external apps from AngularJS to React
* This individual will work with other members of the development team to ensure that the applications and network infrastructure support each other and facilitate efficient company operations.
* Develops detailed system design specifications to serve as a guide for React development.
* Codes, tests, debugs and documents complex programs, and enhances existing programs to ensure that our products continue to meet user requirements.
* Provides technical leadership and training for team members.
* Performs related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Requires 4 Degree
* Minimum of five (5) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
* Extensive experience in React
* Experience with C#.Net
* Experience with Azure is a plus
* Experience with
* Strong computer skills in order to operate effectively with company systems and programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, SQL Server 2000, Adobe Acrobat, Visual Studio.net and web-based applications
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills
* Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
* Good interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize work load and consistently meet deadlines.
* Ability to use good judgment in conveying project status and problem escalation
* Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
