nnA Recruiting Coordinator is needed to schedule interviews for a major insurance provider!nn nnPosition Details:nn nnScheduling Coordinator
– will strictly be managing interview schedules in Outlooknn nnPosition is REMOTE but candidates must be located within CENTRAL/EASTERN time zonesnn nnHours:nn nnThis is not a strictly “8-5” position; must be flexible about work hours
– OT will be required at times to get this job done
– not logging off before work is completed just because it is closing timenn nn nn nn Overview: nn The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role on the Talent Acquisition team.

While the daily tasks may vary they are pivotal partners in providing coordination and support throughout the recruiting lifecycle.

They manage and drive essential activities that keep candidates and leaders engaged and informed while also ensuring the Recruiter stays connected on all the moving parts of the process.

Their efforts will power a more efficient team, as well as drive a more effective and meaningful experience for our leader and candidates.

The position is about maximizing operational efficiency with a strong focus of customer service.

nn nn nn Key Responsibilities: nn Works with recruiters to coordinate the scheduling of interviews Closely tracks all interviews scheduled and acts with speed and accuracy when changes are needed Maintains a current tracking document of all interviews and candidates in process Anticipates and follows up on requests and issues with a proactive, problem-solving approach Delivers a best in class experience for both the candidates and the hiring team n n Job Requirements: n nn EXPERIENCE
– Strong, demonstrable skills in detail and organization, time management and ability to continually reprioritize work activity
– Above average communication skills
– Very strong Outlook mail and calendar experience is required for use with managing candidate correspondence and scheduling interviews
– Self-motivated, highly responsive and the ability to take initiative and work successfully independently nn
